Keep the following in mind as you contribute to the site:

Riverside Park Move

I got several emails about the changes made by you and all seems fine but just one. The mod "Riverside Park" was taken down from the track list and not re-added, what exactly caused the take down and how can i avoid that in the future as well as reinstating it back on the track list? Please keep in mind i am new to the site and just added everything on the same day. So my familiarity and how things are done in this website is not fully well versed. --Unsigned comment by voidsource (talk).

It was a remake of an already-existing retro track, so it was moved to the List of Retro Tracks from Mario Kart: Super Circuit page (as was the case with Bowser Castle 4). POWERStarz2004 (talk) 21:38, 28 September 2022 (UTC)

I'm unaware of any existing port that contained this geometry or of any other segment thereof. If you can point to the already-existing retro track, i can more than gladly provide the difference between that users version and what i made from scratch. The tracks themselves are inspired by the classics, but there is no way to have geometry from gba unto mk8. Its just not possible. I also don't understand why the tracks cant be on the mk8 track list and the retro track list. All the retro track link does is provide separation from the track list, when it would make much more sense to include them in the track list and in the retro list thus if users want to view retro tracks they can without missing anything in the general track list. That being said, I dont understand why my sky garden 2 mod isnt in the retro since its also inspiration off of sky garden. I'm really trying to understand what exactly classifies it as retro since gba bowser castle 4 has anti gravity, new shortcut paths and new geometry not included in the original, thus having differences that would not be similar to the gba version. So a bit of clarification would be useful so i can understand this a bit better. And sorry about this signature stuff but i dont understand how it works. All your remakes of retro tracks classify as retro tracks, hence they are on the corresponding list of retro tracks. The moderation team is still deciding on your "Sky Garden 2", but it will likely be treated as a retro track remake as well. Krummers(#1936) (talk) 14:53, 14 October 2022 (UTC)
