A pokey of height 5 that moves back and forth along an objectPath. It occasionally tilts to form a gate, allowing players to earn a coin by driving through it.
Players that hit a pokey are spun out. A pokey explodes when hit by an item or when a shock is used, only to rebuild themselves after a while.
Some sand particles appear below them when they move (GCN Dry Dry Desert's PTCL required)

*Controls both the time it takes for a Pokey to respawn after it is destroyed by an item, and the time it spends moving before again turning into a coin gate.
If you want to prevent a Pokey from making a coin gate, instead set the initial delay to a very high value.
