io_scene_kcl is a Blender add-on to import and modify KCL files, released under the WTFPL license. It supports changing the collision flags on visualliy edited faces, but exporting new models does not work in-game yet (though re-importing them is fine).
Features
It is an unfinished project, supporting the following features yet[1]:
- Import KCL files.
- Modify collision flags for all selected faces.
- Overwrite the set collision flags in an existing file.
